If you feel you don’t need an energy lift, and are naturally buzzing through life, you might consider enjoying a cup of decaffeinated coffee instead. This way you don’t have to miss out on all the other joys a good cup of coffee provides; those wonderful aromas, that great taste, a relaxing bit of time out and generally the nice, warm, nurturing feeling you’ll get from allowing yourself something completely delicious.
It is important though, when choosing your decaffeinated blend, that you use beans that haven’t been put through a highly toxic chemical treatment to remove the caffeine. More natural, clean methods are available, such as the Swiss water method (employed with My Pod Coffee beans), which quite cleverly uses water to remove the caffeine, not harsh and corrosive toxic chemicals.
